  • 1. What’s included in my monthly plan?

    Each plan includes scheduled maintenance visits, inspections, and minor repairs within the allotted time. Plans differ by the number of visits and level of reporting (monthly, quarterly, etc.), but all members get preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and access to request additional work through the client portal.

  • 2. How long is each visit?

    Standard visits are up to 1.5 hours each. If a project takes longer, we’ll let you know, and any additional time is billed at $25/hour.

  • 3. What about materials or parts?

    We provide all essential materials for the job, and you will only be charged for larger items such as a new toilet, window, mirrors, or other products. If you need a custom piece of furniture built, we can do that, you just need to supply the furniture components. Need a broken window replaced? We can handle that too, including assisting with ordering a new one.

  • 4. Can I request extra services outside of my plan?

    Yes! Through your client portal, you can request additional hours, emergency visits, or one-off projects. These are billed separately from your monthly membership.

  • 5. What happens during the first visit?

    Your assigned technician will do a walk-through inspection tailored to your space. They’ll review plumbing, lighting, safety, and other key areas. From there, we’ll start addressing your checklist and ensure everything is in working order.

  • 6. Do unused hours roll over?

    No, visits reset each month. This helps us stay consistent with inspections and preventative maintenance.

  • 7. Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes! You can pause or cancel your membership anytime with no fees or penalties.

  • 8. What if I have an emergency?

    We offer on-call emergency support. Just submit a request through your portal or contact us directly, and we’ll prioritize your service.

  • 9. Do you work with businesses or homeowners?

    Both! We serve local businesses, property managers, and homeowners looking for a reliable, predictable maintenance solution.

  • 10. How do I get started?

    Simply pick the plan that fits your needs and sign up. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a welcome email with your portal access and instructions for your first visit.
